Working together

A clear engagement. No mystery afterwards.

You do not need another meeting that ends with enthusiasm but no clear next step. You need to know what we take on, what stays with you and what follows. That is what we clarify before an engagement.

Understand the contribution

THE QUESTION THAT MATTERS

What needs to be clear before starting?

A concrete task, an understandable contribution and explicit limits. Include contacts, authority, information and the cost of the agreed scope.

1. Describe the situation.

Bring your offer, target customers and a typical stalled situation. An anonymised example is enough. Customer databases, credentials and confidential recordings do not belong in the first enquiry.

2. Agree the contribution.

Define the task, ownership, exclusions and required approvals. Recruitment keeps the employer’s hiring decision and legal terms visible. External work needs explicit customer-contact rules and authority.

3. Separate effort and costs.

Preparation, ongoing sales work, team development, recruitment and tools may carry different costs. The individual proposal identifies which apply and how they are billed.

4. Review the work together.

Agree feedback that separates completed tasks from customer outcomes. Then decide whether to continue, change, hand over or stop. A conversation is not an automatic engagement.

AN EXAMPLE TO THINK THROUGH

Turn “do our sales” into a shared task.

One possible scope is to handle an agreed set of permitted contacts, record open questions and hand suitable conversations to a named person. Contacts, authority, feedback and costs are agreed beforehand. This describes a possible scope, not a bookable package.

BEFORE YOU CHOOSE A PROVIDER

Ask the questions. Including us.

Ask for an agreement the person doing the work can understand: task, contribution, boundaries, contact and next review. A good first impression does not replace that clarity. You do not need to put passwords or confidential customer lists in the first enquiry.

  1. What will we actually receive, and what is explicitly excluded?
  2. Which input, approvals and information do you need from us?
  3. How will we handle changes, unresolved questions and the end of the engagement?

BEFORE THE FIRST CONVERSATION

Four things that create clarity.

  1. Task and desired change
  2. Contribution, limits and contacts
  3. Authority, data and approvals
  4. Cost components and next review

Clear questions.

How does contact begin?

After sending, we show the saved receipt. For email contact, a confirmation email is queued: open its link and explicitly confirm your address. A callback needs no email confirmation. An enquiry does not book a meeting or create a contract.

Can you work with our existing team?

Yes, when tasks, responsibility and handovers are clearly agreed. Useful existing work does not need to be replaced.

Your situation. Our next conversation.

Three questions about your sales situation, then your contact details. Review before sending. For email contact, confirm your address afterwards.

YOUR SALES ROUTE

Let the task decide.

Let’s talk about your business.

Three questions about your situation. Then your contact details. Everything stays here until you send the email yourself.
