Sales training

Good conversations are not an accident.

Your team can list every feature. Then a customer asks “What does that do for me?” and the explanation gets complicated. Sales development starts where product knowledge has not yet become a useful conversation—with specific practice and feedback.

Understand the contribution

THE QUESTION THAT MATTERS

Which skill should be visible in the next conversation?

Understand a need, explain clearly, resolve an open question or prepare a shared decision. Start with the actual situation, not one standard script for everyone.

Observable work, not motivation alone.

“Sell with more confidence” becomes concrete when someone summarises the need accurately, asks useful questions and agrees a next step. Those actions can be practised without putting people under pressure.

Practice needs the right setting.

An anonymised example or role-play can show where an explanation is missing. Feedback names observable behaviour and a specific alternative. Real recordings require appropriate rights and lawful processing.

Capability and process work together.

Someone may explain well but struggle with unclear handovers. Separate a training task from missing information, responsibility or capacity. Not every sales problem can be trained away.

Agree the format deliberately.

Audience, content, practice, feedback, support and evaluation are defined before an offer. This page does not sell an existing course, qualification or certified training programme. The specific format needs its legal assessment before sale.

AN EXAMPLE TO THINK THROUGH

The customer asks about price. The team explains more features.

In a role-play, the customer says, “That is too expensive.” A useful question can reveal what they are comparing it with and what they want to change. Then you can distinguish a missing explanation, a poor fit or an unavailable budget. More arguments are not automatically a better answer.

BEFORE YOU CHOOSE A PROVIDER

Ask the questions. Including us.

Ask for an exercise with a starting situation, an observed behaviour and an alternative response. An impressive trainer performance does not show what your team will be able to do differently.

  1. Which conversation task will we practise, and how will progress be observed?
  2. Do people receive feedback on their actual behaviour or only general motivation?
  3. How is practice supported at work without recording real customers before permissions are clear?

BEFORE THE FIRST CONVERSATION

Four things that create clarity.

  1. Which conversation repeats in daily work?
  2. What should the person be able to do differently?
  3. Which examples may be used?
  4. Who supports application in daily work?

Clear questions.

Can I buy a course here?

No. This page begins a conversation about sales development needs. A specific format and its terms must then be described and assessed.

Does training guarantee more sales?

No. Conversation quality contributes alongside demand, offer, price, authority and follow-up.
